We use PHP List which is an open source (FREE) program that allows visitors to your website to sign up for further information. This software allows your visitors to manage their own subscription so that they may subscribe or unsubscribe to your mailing list at any time. This eliminates your staff having to spend time finding and removing users from a mailing list, and running the risk of them unintentionally missing somebody, leaving the visitor feeling annoyed at your business. Not a great look for any company! With PHP List this is not a problem!

With PHP List visitors can sign up to multiple different newsletters or mailing lists, and you can collect valuable information about them, such as how they found out about you or what their interests are. Allowing you to effectively target them in future.

Newsletters

In conjunction with setting up your mailing list software, VF Digital Designs can design a custom newsletter template for your business to use on a regular basis. Many industries can benefit from sending regular newsletters to their clients and prospects by keeping their business at the front of your customers mind, and providing them with information that their business can help them with (such as a health care provider may write an article on common symptoms people have, showing them how their service can help alleviate these problems).

We can also incorporate these into your website so that your website essentially contains an archive of your past articles, providing a wealth of information for your prospective customers.

Click tracking enables you to see exactly who on your mailing list opened the email and what links they clicked through to. This in turn gives you valuable information as to what information your customers and prospects found to be most interesting or valuable, therebay allowing you to modify your future marketing activities to reflect this.
